## Opening the box for the first time

The 3 things people most often write to us about.

The expansion kit is called the Sensor Kit It is sold separately and is not included in a Classroom Set. If your order looks like it’s missing sensors, this is usually why.

An order can arrive as 2 parcels A Robotics Kit and a Sensor Kit often ship separately. A second parcel on the way is normal.

A board that seems dead is usually a motor in the wrong port Takes a minute to fix in the control app. Guest Mode lesson 3 walks through it. If it is faulty, tell us through the contact form with the number printed on the board.
